In 2013, I plunged into my passion: helping others enjoy moving, strengthening and challenging their bodies as much as I do!

On my own life adventure, I have learned that our bodies are made for movement. Our bodies crave healthy, rich-in-nutrient foods, & plenty of them.

Happy Body, Happy Life is truly a fact of life for me! I’m here to help you get creative with your fitness, & enjoy healthy living…after all: this is a life-long event…let’s make it fun!

I have gained experience through movement in my own life, & through all of the different kinds of people I have encountered in my life.

I am an eager Certified Personal Trainer! With that, I have paired Group Fitness, Virtual Coaching & Nutrition Coaching Certifications.
